As the federal department where NOAA resides, the Department of Commerce (DoC) Policy related to scientific integrity is aligned with administration policy.  The current DOC Policy takes the form of a memorandum that was developed in response to an OSTP Memorandum in 2010.  The Department has not updated its policy since 2011.
